My best vacation ever was a trip to Hawaii for my 75th birthday.
You see, when I graduated from H.S. in 1950 that was my plan..however, I got married instead and in the next 10 yr. I was blessed with 6 children.  So, my "Hawaiian Vacation"  was spent raising the children.   50 some years later my children awarded me with a trip to Hawaii with some of them along with me.  It was a wonderful trip and even learned to do the hula.  Afterwards I made a scrapbook with all the pictures and memories.  That was the first time I had ever experienced an earth quake, yup!!  7 a.m. I thought King Kong had come to live on the Big Island.  It was indeed a very frightening experience to say the least.  I will never forget my High School trip 50 yrs. later.  wow!!!
