Lack of Motivation?

Blame the Olympics ... If you're anything like me, you stayed up late every night to watch the world's best athletes, then you were too exhausted to get up and work out!  Ironic, huh?

Now the Games are over, and it's hard to find the motivation to get back on my fitness schedule.  Any tips?

We all soon forget how good  a workout makes us feel.  Getting back into the routine soon remind us of why we started in the first place- it's self sustaining !

I for one get really moody and don't have a lot of time to work out and engage in any activities that involve exercising.  That’s why I purchased these leggings from Lytess from fitandsharp.com.  They help take the shape of your body and help you reduce weight while you go through your daily routine. It’s worked for me, hope this tip helps. Don't get discouraged though, use it as motivation and just think if they can so can you
