I just got back from a week-long trip to the Pacific Northwest -- it was beautiful, and definitely the right time of year to visit.
And I did a TON of walking ... up and down and up and down and up and down (there were lots of hills), so my cardio was pretty much taken care of. But as for weight-lifting, I was stuck with a measly set of dumbbells in my hotel basement. In hindsight, I wish I had done a little more research about creative ways to stay on routine while on the road.
Do you have any tips? How do you stay on track when there are so few resources, and so many distractions?
