WHY?

With every passing day I keep asking myself why, how and when will the economy ever come back. When I see the economy now it brings me back to 2005 when I started and internet company called Owner Financed Real Estate LLC. The company was designed to promote an internet database for owner financed and lease option properties, tax leins and mortgage notes. Traveling around the globe to real estate expos I was brought into discussion groups and told that I was a visionary and up and coming face, only to find out that mainstreet was not prepared and was actually paralyzed by the fear of the economy going under. Because, why not, everybody was making money. Today you cannot buy or sell real estate without owner financing or lease optioning properties involved.

Now I want to start a group discussion about why everything went wrong.
