Mike and his wife Debbie co-founded the company Generations Video to help families document and preserve the stories of the past.

Mike has spent the past 16 years working in the field of video production for broadcast news -- helping to tell other people’s stories as they happen to them. He has been recognized for his work with prestigious Emmy awards and other national awards as well.

What he learned in that time is that you don’t have to wait for something to happen to someone to tell that person’s story. We all have experiences that are unique to us. They are moments we have even shared with others. They are things that define us and who we are. So should they be forgotten?

Mike and Debbie co-founded GVI because they believe these stories and lessons are important to our descendants. They are family records that go well beyond the traditional drawings of a family tree, a list of names in a registry or old photos sitting stagnant in a dusty album that may or may not get picked up a couple of times in a year.
