Today I attended the Veteran's Program at the local Fire Department. Not held at the Cemetary because of the rain. Part of the program honored one of our dear neighbor's lost son, Nathan Barnes, who died in the War on Terror fought in Irag. His family spoke about military service, sacrifices, and triumphs.
