Ladies,
Several months ago, I received a postcard from the RHS asking for submissions of stories, memories and pictures to be included in a coffee table book of the Red Hatters.  I submitted a story and some pictures and made a partial payment for the book.  Last week, my money was refunded because of lack of participation.  I checked the QMB and noticed a lot of people were not interested.  I thought it was an interesting idea and a good way to see what other Red Hat Chapters around the world were doing.  I know the book was expensive ($109) and I wonder if that is the reason so many were not interested.  Did you receive a postcard and did you decline to participate?  I'm curious, what was your reason to participate or not to participate.  Inquiring minds want to know!
