I've been a personal trainer for quite some time, but now I have to grow up and get a real job...my wife says so :(

I enjoy any exercise or activity outdoors...hence me being a triathlete...gotta keep this ol bod in shape ya know!

Tanya my wife - she's a flight attendant for South West - love ya T... Duke my dog - he's the best little buddy - love ya Doo Doo... Dad - retired NYC worker, driving a school bus now in Port St Lucie to keep himself from getting bored. Worked hard all his life to support his family - love ya dad.... Mom - couldn't have asked for a more loving, supportive & generous mom - love ya mom... Nancy - my younger sister lives in Port St Lucie with her 3 children - she's ok when she's sleeping - LOL... Paul - my younger brother who lives in Long Island, NY with his wife and two children - miss ya bro.
Education
After highschool, I went to community college for a few semesters - didn't know what I wanted to do. Went to Cortland State (NY) for a few semesters - still didn't know what I wanted to do. After moving from NY to O'town, I enrolled in UCF and finally graduated in 1997, see, U Can Finish :) It's now 2008, and I STILL don't know what I want to do when I grow up!
Goals
1) get my butt in the pool, improve my swim stroke and finish an Olympic, and eventually a Ironman Triathlon... 2) go whitewater rafting on the Colorado River... 3) jump out of a plane - WITH a parachute!...
