I am aging in a way that really fits me - I'm not doing it gracefully but, at the same time, I'm not kicking and screaming and running from it. I embrace each day that I wake up healthy, and with a healthy family. At 61, I still have an inordinate amount of energy, and I find that many of my younger friends can't keep up with me! I am a half-marathon walker and I skate, play ball, ride bicycles, cross-country ski, etc., with my 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren. I am enjoying being a baby boomer.
I hope your book is selling well.
