Continue to improve my health and increase my muscle mass while decreasing my body fat so that every birthday celebration finds me in better shape than the last! Buy a home in the Lake Mary area so Mark and I can get started on our family. Give birth to a healthy, happy, wonderful child and raise him or her to be very well-rounded, confident, smart, successful, athletic or artistic, etc. human being. Travel the world with Mark and our child (or children) and experience as many different cultures as possible. Continue my education in the health field so that I can help facilitate healing via massage therapy as well as through other avenues.

My healthy favorites; breakfast is an egg-white omelette with sauteed mushrooms and a cup of cooked rolled oats with blueberries. Lunch is usually cottage cheese (Friendship brand is the best!) My favorite healthy dinner is grilled salmon, steamed asparagus and sweet potato "oven fries". Guilty pleasures - Ben and Jerry's ice cream (any flavor that includes chocolate!), hand-crafted beer from the Orlando Brewing Company, bang-bang shrimp appetizer from BoneFish along with a glass of their fresh-made red sangria. YUM! Oh, and salted peanuts in the shell with a Corona at any sporting event.
