I love to read !! As of late most of the books have been about personal development. Tony Robbins, Ziglar, Pat Williams, Earl Nightengale.
Mostly health foods with especially fresh fruit. My favs include bannanas, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries. I eat a fair amout of vegetables as well with my favorite being green and red peppers, mushrooms and onions.
I like many different types of music.. My favorite artists include Michael W. Smith, Casting Crowns, Tree 63, Todd Agnew, Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, Lynard Skynard, The Who. Paul McCartney, Beatles. I listen to my ipod when I go for my daily run.. It's very refreshing !!
I don't watch too many movies but I do have some favorites like Star Wars and other action movies. I was a extra in a recent movie shot here in Orlando " Larry the Cable Guy- Health Inspector.. Someday I will clip the movie and show the scenes I was in.
I watch almost no tv. I don't even own one. But I am a "jock" and usually watch spots when I do.. Golf is probably my favorite
