Although I have a very exciting profession as a singer/entertainer, I'm basically very much a home body. When I'm not performing I'm usually home with my dogs, who keep ME entertained! Oddly, I have never specifically set out to have animals, but I always seem to have them in multiples. They're always given to me by someone who can't take care of the anymore or don't want to. So I love them 'til they're gone.
I have many wonderful friends and thank God for every one of them. I meet people everywhere and some of them become more a part of my life than others. I can truly say that I've been blessed with a multitude of extraordinary people around me.
I've spent the majority of my life in Florida, but was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. (Go Steelers!!) We moved here when I was in eigth grade, so I attended my last grade school year at St. Margaret Mary in Winter Park; then went to ninth grade at Union Park; then tenth & eleventh at Colonial. In my senior year the school district had the audacity to transfer me to Winter Park High!!!! How dare they?
Anyway, after trying everything I could think of for work, I realized I just wasn't good at corporate America type jobs. Thankfully, I found my place in this world and have been doing what I love ever since.
In addition to singing and entertaining, I'm also a recording artist and most recently (in 2005) I became a songwriter. At this time I have 6 CD's that I've recorded, one that is all original songs - "Making Memories". There are 12 songs on it - 5 that I wrote, 6 that other people wrote and asked me to record, and a different version of God Bless America which starts out in the traditional style then goes to a more contemporary style. If you absolutely fall in love with the songs, you can purchase them individually or the complete CD on the site. The other CD's are all cover songs and I also have my biggest CD project to date coming out later this year. It isn't titled yet, but it will be a 3-volume set and all the songs will be about a place; New York, San Francisco, Downtown, etc. There will be 38 songs in total. Good to see you aboard.
Ginger is a wonderful entertainer.........She is like a huge bubble of happiness and when she does her shows the bubble bursts and happiness floats through out the room bringing smiles to all.
Ginger is a wonderful person.
I admire her talent as a singer and am happy to call her my friend.
