I am enjoying retirement. I am keeping busy by doing some volunteer work at my Church. I also am enjoying cooking. I am hoping to meet some new friends and exchange receipes. I moved from Broward County to Central Florida about a year and a half ago to get away from the hurricanes and found myself now in tornado land. I finally stopped smoking about 1 1/2 years ago and keep myself busy with making baby quilts and rosaries for the Church. I have made a few quilts for the foster care program and sometimes family have friends that are having babies and it makes a nice gift. I retired from Motorola Company in l999 as a Regional Manager for their Credit Unions located in the United States.

Family
I have a son Art who is a Colonel in the Marines. He is also a pilot. I can tell you he did not get this from me since I am frightened to death of flying. My son is married to a lovely girl name Marchelle and I have two great grandchildren. THe only problem is that my son is stationed in Maryland so I do not get too much time with the grandchildren. My daughter Debbie works for the TV station and my son-in-law Mike does freelancing and is busy getting their company off the ground (Generations Video). My mom just turned 87 this year and lives with me. She has been the greatest gift to this family.
Education
I was just a high school graduate . Took a lot of arts and craft classes such as painting, sewing etc.
Goals
Right now just enjoy my retirement . Learning new arts and crafts especially for the holiday.
