Inspirational Mystery & Suspense Author Cindy Bauer is a native of Davenport, Iowa, though she currently resides in Missouri. The youngest of three, Cindy dreamed of becoming a writer someday. She graduated from Assumption High School in 1975 and married her husband Robert in 1976, leaving her dream behind.
While employed with a local daily newspaper, Cindy’s dream became a reality. She published her first novel, Chasing Memories, in 2006 and her second, Shades of Blue, in 2007, both edited by her sister, a former journalism teacher. In early 2008, Cindy severed ties with her publisher, rewrote and republished those two novels in 2008, finishing out the series in 2009 with the publication of Crystal Clear.
Cindy is currently working on a new series of mystery suspense novels, with the first titled, Justifiable Vengeance. She is also a volunteer partner with Books In Sync.
Cindy has interviewed some well-known authors such as Lenora Worth and Gail Gaymer Martin, and also singer/songwriter, Amanda Abizaid.
