I love music in particular rhythm and blues. I just got introduced to an IPOD and love it. The only problem is when I try to "sing" out loud when my husband is watching TV, I suddenly hear "Linda, you're doing it again". At least I consider it singing lol. I have 3 children who I am very proud of. I love volunteering through work to help out in events that help children. I must admit when I first volunteered, I never imagined that it would be so rewarding. I like bowling, reading and of course my computer. I have worked at the same company 25 years and still "love my job" after all these years. The people are great and I admire them for their hard work. I enjoy being outdoors and love planting all my flowers each year and then sit back on my swing and look at how they bloomed. I work many hours every day so I really enjoy time off on the weekends. I am a strong believer in humor whether at work or home.

I have a wonderful husband that I have been married to for 32 years, 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. My two oldest grandchildren just turned 19. They are twins. I am very proud of my children and what they've become in life.
Education
Graduated from high school.
Goals
To join my husband in retirement in the next few years and just enjoy life. As a survivor, my goals are to enjoy every day that I have been given, live life to the fullest and motivate or inspire others to never give up no matter what lies ahead or before them. Even though I say retire with my husband, I think I will always do something like work part time or volunteer somewhere.
People I'd like to meet
I'd like to meet people that are fun and enjoy life. I would also like to meet people that are business oriented. I will retire in several years but am still working now. I am always looking for good leadership information I can use with my Team but also am just interested in everyday people who worry about the same things I do in everyday life and can inspire me.

Pizza, taco salad, a good steak and fruit salad are my favorites. For dessert, a good turtle sundae or slice of cheesecake (which is especially good homemade)
Music
Rhythm and Blues and any music that is slower paced and the more you hear it, the more you need to turn it up. I love my music loud, even my IPOD.
Movies
The Notebook, Gone With The Wind, Any Movies with Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Bruce Willis, Clint Eastwood, Steven Segal and love stories.

Family Guy, The Locator, CSI, News, HGTV, Food Channel

Heroes
I didn't have and heroes or role models growing up but in the last few years through work have two people that have really changed my life. I nowconsider them my role models.
