My wonderful son, who is 23, is also a very inspirational young Christian.  He is "sold out" to God and has become a very caring and committed young man.  He lives just outside of Brisbane and is very active in his church there.  I thank God for him daily.

Having had some very knowledgeable teachers, they helped me graduate from high school in Flint, Michigan (Hamady) and from a trade school in Flint (Baker Business School). 

To live for God the way He wants me to live.  To be what He wants me to be.  I ain't perfect and don't strive to be... just doing the best I can with what I have.  I really would love to move to Australia to be close to my son as he plans to remain there.  I can dream, can't I? 

On this earth, I am only interested in "meeting up" with my son again.  If it is meant to be, it will happen. 

Reading my Bible and good Bible-study books.  I do like to play a couple games online. 

I do have a penchant for John Grisham's style of writing.  I believe I have his complete collection. 

Foods??  Hmmm.... anything that goes down smoothly and isn't hard to pronounce.  :) 

Mostly Christian music.  I do like the new Christian music and one of my favorites is Chris Rice's song, "Saving Up Questions for Heaven."  I do have many favorites in all styles of music.  I love music in general across the board.  Lyrics... sometimes the lyrics ruin the music. 

I don't get out any more, but I do watch movies that are on TV.  I still have some old favorites, too...  The Gods Must Be Crazy, Part I and Part II, The Scent of a Woman, Shirley Valentine, and almost any movie that Colin Firth is in... just because I like looking at him.  :)

My favorite TV program, since its inception and all reruns, is "Overhaulin'".  My second favorite is Cash Cab on A&E.  My next favorite TV programs would be any of the true murder mysteries on Tru TV.  I would like to find any good Christian TV programs, but there is presently only one program that has a REAL, born-again, Christian Bible-teaching minister that I can view in my television reception area. 

Passions:  Just one... making it to Heaven to be with my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.   Hobbies:  Being able to get up and see each new day.

Earthly heroes are hard to come by in my book.  God made each one of us to be different.  Therefore, I don't really want to be more like anyone else on this earth.  The one "hero" that did live on this earth that I do want to be more like was Jesus.
