Posted 4:00 pm July 3rd, 2008I think it is wonderful and fantastic that Iris keeps in such great shape!!! I've lifted weights in my lifetime but never very long. When I did I felt so much better. I'm 57 and not doing any exercise regularly. I'd like to ask Iris if it is possible to get in shape like herself starting at 57?
