I am 77 years old and have plans to keep active into old (er) age. I believe if one takes care of themselves, eat right, don't drink, smoke, etc. you will have a much better chance....also remember to read your Bible and pray...very powerfull...

I lived in So. Dak, Wisconsin, Minnesota. Have been in Fla. for almost 30 yrs. I really miss up North, but not the winters. I was born in Hazel, SD and moved from there to Maryland...where I grew up, graduated from HS and then married (divorced)and moved to Wisconsin/Minn area. My folks lived here in Fla, so when I lost my job in SD, I packed up and came here in 1981. I worked as a secretary and then settled on nursing, which I retired from. Met my current husband in church and we married in 1991. Life has been good.
I too am learning on this program...really have enjoyed thus far.lol

Posted 8:18 pm September 4th, 2009Hi, Addie, I live in Southern Michigan, but spent 9 years in El Paso, TX before returning back to Michigan in 2002. Wouldn't it be a hoot if we knew each other? I'm still trying to learn this site and trying to figure out how to fill out my profile page. lol. I joined in July, but hadn't done anything until I received a friend request. I was so surprised, thought I was alone on this site until then, so now I'm trying to catch up. lol! Thanks for your kind compliments and words.
