GoalsMy goals:
Stay quit smoking.
Eat healthy-maintain 1800 calories/219 carbs daily
Exercise, at least, 20 minutes to the Power Mile by Leslie Sansone, daily
Reduce my blood glucose level and it's working, so stay with what is working!
Love life to the fullest. Except things as they are, never be judgmental of others, just chill. There is definitely a reason for everything, sometimes we don't know what those reasons are, but in TIME the situation always reveals itself.
