.......the first six months or the next six months? I have fraternal twins, girl and boy....and I found the first 6 months was so easy....when they started crawling it was a while new ballgame.
It looks like you've just answered that question, yourself! Once they start getting around, I found it's much harder to keep up with them. They are never "both" where you put them like they used to be. At least since they are the same age the usually kind of enjoy the same things and you can work at keeping them roughly in the same room where you can keep an eye on them but when one wanders off, you either have to grab the other one and go on a hunt or take the chance of losing track of the one you left in order to find the mystery baby! I truly found the first 5 years fascinating. Once they got in school they started learning everyone else's onery tricks and I think it was harder til about 6th grade. What do you other mothers of multiples think? What do you think is the best way to keep track of both of them when they are just toddlers or even crawlers? What do you think about when they enter school....put them in the same room at the same time or separate them? Let us know and tell us why you feel the way you do.
