I'm fast and funny and a worker bee-type. Love my friends. Can't suffer fools. I've been around the entertainment industry for a long while. I started at LA's PBS station in the '70s as a way to combine my politics with my desire to work in the media and went on to work on various public affairs show, games shows, variety shows, offbeat TV. I produced a late night CBS series, wrote a couple of "Kate & Allie's" and a comedy pilot for HBO. I was Spielberg's assistant for a minute (but a really good minute). I've supported myself as everything from a pot dealer (in the '70s) to a legal secretary (in the '80s). I've taken a decade off for marriage, travel and tragedy and returned happily to the workforce in 2000. Most recently I supervised the production of -- or produced -- more than 350 DVD releases specializing in older TV Shows (from "Father Knows Best" to "The Dick Cavett Show", "The Electric Company," "That Girl," "Sports Night" and too many more to list). I just finished working with Garry Shandling (that's him in my profile photo). I've spent time interviewing many cool celebs. Now I'm unemployed and wondering what's next.
