My son, Evan is one of the kindest, funniest and most caring people I know! We are so grateful for that! His passion is ice hockey and he's a whole lot better at it than his dad ever was! He loves exercise and working out at the gym, eating right and making friends.

My parents are in their late 80s, still active, still involved in life and still making a difference. My dad is one of those people who takes care of everyone else. He also knows everyone who ever lived in St. Louis, knows a little bit about every subject, reads the daily paper voraciously and has a great perspective on life. My mom still puts out a great spread whenever company comes over, runs the household and keeps everybody in line! They're both great examples of what's possible late in life if you take care of yourself and want to make a difference!

I love coaching youth hockey! I coach the older kids and LOVE helping them start to think about being adults. Hockey is a great metaphor for life. You have to know what you want to do and have the confidence and determination to believe you can get there! Then, you have to have the vision to make adjustments along the way. But you have to strive to be great in order to get there! I hope I can help launch them on the way to meaningful and fulfilling lives!
