February 7, two groups of Volunteer doctors and nurses , one from Australia and the other United States will converge to the Sacred Heart Hospital of Cebu Philippines to surgically repair the poor children affected with cleft lip and cleft Palates. the volunteers pay their own expenses. coordinating the patients is the responsibility of the Rotary Club of Metro Cebu.We have a group of 100 patients...
