I'm Jill, and I moved from Indianapolis to Florida in late August, 1997. I currently split my time between Ormond Beach and DeBary. I'm on leave from my job as a Senior Payroll Specialist with Paychex. I'm using this time to start my own home-based fabric painting and design business, Browneyed Girl Designs. I'm a retired, award-winning professional dancer amd have been in practically every musical that was produced before 1989. I'm an amateur Tudor historian and soak up anything to do with the Tudor period. I'm hoping to change my amateur status to professional by working on a special project based on the Showtime series The Tudors. I would absolutely love the opportunity to travel to England and see the Tudor sites in person. I am a HUGE Indianapolis Colts fan. I've been a fan since the team rolled the Mayflower moving vans into Indy in the middle of a cold, snowy night in 1984. I love to read historical biographies and really good fiction (Wicked is my favorite). I'm in the process of ending my marriage, so I'll be a free woman soon. I have mixed emotions about this life-changing event, but I see it as an opportunity to begin a new life with my daughters! I would love to pursue my dream of being an actress. I've done so much stage work, but my limited film experience includes 3 music videos and the movie "Hoosiers", where I was an extra (I showed up in period costume and could cheer, so they cast me). Anyone know a good agent? I've also decided to finally write the novel that's been in my head for a decade.

I have 2 wonderful daughters. Becka is 17, and Christie is almost 12. My mom Judy is an ICU nurse at Halifax Medical Center. I'm an only child, so I have no siblings to speak of (or fight with or blame things on).
Education
I'm an alumnus of Indiana University where I was on the Dean's List 4 times (hey, gotta brag; it was hard work). I hold an Associate's Degree in Accounting and am working on my Bachelor's.
Goals
My goals are to raise my daughters to the best of my abilities, pursue my acting career, finish writing my novel, and to be happy.
