The family that I grew up with, on Sterling Place in Brooklyn, is all but gone now, but very much alive in my mind and heart.. My memories of my Jewish Traditions live on in my heart and mind. My grandmother was always old, wore high shoes and long dresses. She had 12 children, and my mother was the youngest. She had no teeth and she would ''gum'' her food. She is gone now for 50 years now, but I can see her as if were yesterday. Those days family lived around the corner, or across the street or even in the same building I visited her daily especially when she got sick, but one day, I just did not feel like stopping by, and went right home. That night she died!! I never even got the chance to say ''good bye'''. This is why I taught my own children, to never go to bed angry, or leave the house without a hug, kiss and saying 'I love you''. because.......that just might be the last time that you see them alive.

Graduated from Tilden H.S. and majored in ''boys''. One of my main subjects was the Captain of the school baseball team. I remember ''his'' name, but for the love of me, do not even remember learning algebra. Graduated Seminole State College at the age of 65, with honors ------------------------------------------------------------------------- My real education then, started after the death of my second husband when I enrolled in Seminole Community College. It was there that I finally had to take and learn the Algebra that I never learn in High School. Probably because the ''boys'' who had by now become ''men'' were non-existent. That was my next path, into finding out who I was, and ended up in finding out ''Who I am.... ........to be con't..

To remain self sufficient, healthy and independent. . I can foresee ''no life'' where I would now become the ''child''' and my children become the parent.......I have more to learn and more to do. My love of the Computer keeps my mind alert and sharp. There is so much to write and think about. 

Oprah because no matter how rich she became, she never forgot her '''beginnings'''.

My passion is writing, editing/copyediting or researching to write articles. Acrylic abstract painting, keeping up with the news, reading and working on the computer. It is so great to learn that I wrote an article that someone all the way across the country read and enjoyed, or was inspired by... Computers are amazing, second only to the Microwave. Chinese Food, as prepared in the New York style is my most craved for meal. Lobster and shrimp come next, but I also enjoy most other sea foods when they are prepared well. Chocolate...Dark chocolate...or those little marshmallow chocolates that come out only for the holidays, seem to call out my name, when they are in the store....I hear them....doesn't everyone???

Having played Classical music on my Baby Grand makes me feel that I love that music the best. Bach, Chopin, DeBussy, are among my favorite composers. Actually I love music....

I enjoy going to the movies at least once a month, but if you ask me what I enjoyed most, I fear I cannot give you an answer. I enjoy most the latest one that I have seen......If I did not enjoy it, I would have walked out on it...

I am not into the Soaps! I enjoy Dangerous Housewives, Dexter, Three Loves, Law & Order and laugh at Three Men, and a few more that at the moment I cannot remember. I watch the news on MSNBC, as I sit at my computer and write.

My passion is writing, and it also my hobby. I write and edit, and research articles on wikiHow That site is addictive, you just cannot get enough of it once you log in. It is also my hobby, as is painting and certamics.

I think I will skip this one....my mind comes up empty
