I saw the pic of Murphy and I just had to post a comment here. I am a Schnauzer lover...have had three and am on my fourth. I also now have a Doxie (Dachschund) with my fourth Schnauzer. My Boyz' names are: Maxi-Moose (Schnauzer) and Rudy-Toot (Dachschund). I adopted these guys last summer from the local humane society here where I live. They were previously owned by a very good lady friend who had known almost 30 years. She had passed away last May ('07) and I still had a 14 year old Schnauzer (named Hansel), who wasn't doing very well health-wise. I had to eventually ethuanize him last June. In July, Maxi and Rudy came into my world and we are all blessed. It was truly an act of Divine Intervention.
Sorry to carry on so ... I just wanted to share my Schnauzer life with you. I am brand new to Growing Bolder as of today (05/21/08), and would like to make some new "kewl" friends.
