At the age of 42 I decided it was time to go to college. Spent a year and a half at a community college, dedication most of my time to being editor of the college newspaper. That experience led to my hiring at The Herald
Goals
Before getting into journalism, I spent most of my adult trying to make a living as a musician. My goal for 2008 is to play more music and begin a transition toward freelance journalism, hoping to break into magazine writing.
