Did You Know?

The 100 Boom
This sentence on the Huffington Post caught our eye this week: "Turning 100 isn't such a big deal anymore." The article pointed out that America's centenarian population has doubled in the past 20 years and is projected to at least double again by 2020.

If you're going to live to 100, we think it's more important than ever that you start Growing Bolder! Check out our Centenarian Project. Not only will you meet people like 107-year-old Wilhelmina Hoorn, who still kicks up her heels and goes dancing, but you'll also learn the secrets to not just making it to 100 -- you'll learn how to live a healthier, better life!

We also urge you to check out what our partners at Florida Hospital are doing. They've launched Healthy100.org to give you the tools you need thrive as you age. And don't miss the Age and Wellness Calculators to estimate your health age!
