About Me

I am the founder of Be Brave. Lose the Beige, LLC.  Be Brave. Lose the Beige specializes in issues facing Lady Boomers, women of the Baby Boomer generation. I conduct workshops and retreats focusing on women's wellness and brain health.  I am also a writer and clay illustrator (My husband designated me a "claywriter" because I enjoy sculpting with words and writing in clay).  I write a blog called Be Brave. Lose the Beige (www.bebravelosethebeige.com) which encourages Lady Boomers (women of the Baby Boomer generation) to discover their own colorful spirits.

I have a B.A. degree in Humanaties from the University of Central Florida.
