Family My wife, Cat, who also turned 65 this year is also a trainer who is pitching in to help out other women over-come their fitness problems now that they have reached maturity.
Daughter, Kaila, lives and works in Thailand. With a degree in journalism and International relations, she is very much a part of our team bringing to you cutting edge information as to your health and fitness level.
Education I graduated from Texas Christian University in 1971 with a degree in Physical Education. I earned a 3rd degree black belt in Wado-Kai Karate in 1977 and earned the distinctive accredidation of Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength & Conditioning Association in1995.
Along the way I trained with Valery Fedorenko of the World Kettlebell Club and visited Thailand a number of times to learn Muay thai. I have always sought out the best of the best to further my training.
Goals Although I train a limited number of clients half days a week, my goal is to reach out to all those seniors who are struggling to get and stay strong and healthy. My videos can literally reach tens of thousands of seniors for less price than I charge for one single hour of one-on-one training. I hold nothing back, and the workouts are geared for your age group, without pampering you and making you feel old and senile.
People I'd like to meet I would like to connect with like-minded professionals in the health-related business to share knowledge and opinions. Learning should never stop. I am open to your suggestions and to hear about your successes dealing with the senior population.
Write to me.
