In her late 50s, Rochelle Ford retired from her high-profile executive career to become an artist. it sounds crazy, but the dying words of a friend reminded her that she didn't want to die wondering if she could have done.

She did it and in a big way. She traded in her briefcase for a welding torch and became a self-taught metal sculptor.

The 76-year-old now creates beautiful, bold pieces of work that are featured in museums and collected worldwide.

She explains how deeply her friend's words impacted her and gave her the courage to challenge herself in ways she never imagined.

Find out how she went from someone who couldn't draw with a pencil to someone who could draw with a torch.

Plus, she tells us how her husband, a former professional football player, felt about her new path, what she's learned from her post-retirement success and what you can learn from her example.
