I think I always knew what I wanted to be when I grew up: just like my Dad. He was a television anchor and reporter going back to before my birth and still works in the business (now as a producer). His career offered everything I wanted to do: write, be on camera, tell stories and break news.

I grew up knowing what a producer did, so it never dawned on me that others didn't. Or that it would be such a hard thing to explain.

Also hard to explain: what is Growing Bolder? We're so many things that there's really no elevator pitch that I can share. We're producers, media strategists, storytellers, innovators, entrepreneurs, creatives, journalists and more.
