Another triathlon season

Looking forward to another Triathlon season which starts in March. Last season I did 12 races which brought my 27 year total to 263. Hope to do about 12 again this year. One of them will be the Ironman 70.3 in Haines City in May and that is my birthday month. I have a goal to do that race for every birthday in my 70's. Have already done the first 4 (70,71,72, 73).

I know the mind is ready and hopefully the old body will cooperate !!
