Then suddenly in the last few years, like Diana Prince, who removes her public persona to become Wonder Woman, Professor Beaubien sheds her briefcase, PowerPoint presentations, and class notes to become…E. K. Barber, writer of romantic fiction. She taps away at her computer creating lively, appealing characters engaged in action and adventure as they move through an intriguing and interesting plot. Her books are known for strong female characters of all ages, intense and satisfying romantic tension, a strong cast of supporting characters, interesting stories, intelligent and humorous dialogue, and a positive context of friendship and family relationships.
