For me, the greatest event during my lifetime was when the Apollo 11 crew, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, landed on the moon.

As a kid, I grew up watching every episode of TV's Disneyland series, "Tomorrowland".  I pictured myself becoming an astonaut and exploring space.

Although that dream never became reality, I remain a huge fan of space exploration and NASA's quest to find life on other planets.

Has to be Woodstock. This weekend marks the 40th anniversary of that famous (or infamous) weekend and I would love to have been there.  It's HISTORY y'all!

Sports or Entertainment, hmmm... I would like to have had front row seats to JFKennedy being sworn in as the President of the USA. I had TV seating to it... but front row seating in real color, and wearing a warm coat and hat would have been nice.
2nd choice: Watching Citation at the Kentucky Derby take the cup.

Gosh, I guess none other except me are racers or race fans. I would love to have attended the 24 Hours of LeMans in 1967 when Dan Gurney and A. J. Foyt won in a Ford GT40, Mk. IV. It was won by Americans in an American car and Dan Gurney started a tradtion of spraying champagne on the podium which continues to this day. It had been a struggle between Henry Ford II and Enzo Ferrari to win this race and on this occasion, Ford won.

All the political functions in the world would not produce the camaraderie amongst the different countries competing than this coming together of racers from all over. Everyone is bonded by the experience and their love for sports cars and competition.

Well, I saw the Beatles on Ed Sullivan, I saw the first man on the moon so I guess I'd settle for being at John-John Kennedy's wedding on that deserted FL Island or any Kennedy "do"  Recently I would have loved to have a beer with the Prez, the VP, Gates & Crowley.

I would loved to have had a front row seat watching Jesse Owens at the Berlin Olympics.

My friends and I had tickets to see Frank Sinatra at Meadowlands in New Jersey, while driving to the concert we saw big flashing sign that the performance had been cancelled. I would have loved to see Frank do his thing.

The REAL SOX'S WS win in 2005.
    Sorry, Katy

Mark Buehrle's perfect game last week

    Entertainment:
Seeing Buddy Rich live, something which I never did and still regret.
A Sinatra concert would've been great.

Probably the 2004 Red Sox World Series win ... although watching it on TV was a big rush, and sure felt like I was in the front row!
