Do They Have "The Look?"

Often 20-somethings prance around on TV and compete for jobs, bachelors or whatever else producers can conjure up.

Well, here comes another show where women fight and compete for a modeling contract. But don't lose hope just yet. These women may look young, but don't be fooled. The women on the new show, "She's Got the Look," are over thirty-five years old.

The new reality show that premiers tonight follows around a group of middle-aged and boomer-aged women competing for a modeling contract with "America's Next Top Model" agency Wilhelmina Models and a photo shoot with Self Magazine.

The host of the show is an older woman herself. Kim Alexis, a 48-year-old model and actress takes the ladies down the road to a second chance at a dream career.
