There are some obvious problems and issues that can trigger medical questions, and these days the Internet is being used to transform the way healthcare information is given and received. But one woman, Dr. Nancy Snyderman, is out to tell the world the truth.

Snyderman is the Chief Medical Editor for NBC News and has written two books; one to dispel medical myths and another to tell you the truth for longevity. Her books are especially important in a time when the Internet is being visited more often than a doctor's office.

But Snyderman doesn't just give out the obvious advice. According to her, a boring job can be deadly. Longevity is only a good thing when you are healthy enough to enjoy it.
