How are you Growing Bolder in your own life? How did you get to where you are today?
I'm growing bolder in my own life every single day! It comes with age, even though I'm Aging Backwards! I'm much more authentic with myself and others than I was in my younger years because with age comes the maturity to "shrug off" what others think and say. Anybody can say anything about anybody -- that doesn't make it true. I know who I am!
Why are you so passionate about smashing the stereotypes of aging?
I'm so passionate about smashing the stereotypes of aging because I can!!

I'm defying my genetics, as you can see from the photos of me at age 12. My passion is to motivate and inspire others to join me so one day we can close down nursing homes – there will be no need for them!
What people do you look up to, either personally or professionally? Who "gets" it?
I look up to the doctors, scientists and experts who work behind the scenes to discover the latest, greatest information, products and procedures to help ward off aging and disease, some of whom I know personally.

You can read some their direct quotes from my personal interviews with them in my book, Aging Backwards: Secrets to Staying Young.
What are your goals for the next couple of years?
My goals for the next few years are to make "Aging Backwards" a household name, to assemble a fabulous "Aging Backwards Kit" that puts it all together in one easy place to help everyone stay young, to meet Oprah and be on her show, and to donate lots of money to PlayPumps.org - everyone deserves clean water!
When you look back at your life, what will you be most proud of? Challenged by? Any regrets?
When I look back on my life, the first thing I'll be most proud of is raising an incredible son. Then, I'll be very proud of my entrepreneurial spirit and the fact that I've started three separate businesses, followed my dreams and lived an exciting, fun-filled life while still giving back in the process. I have had many challenges in my life, but I choose to be happy and live in the moment. I have no regrets -- I love my life, with all its ups and downs, accomplishments and disappointments, tragedies and miracles. It's my life and I wouldn't trade it for anyone else's.
