All Deb Smith wanted to do was go to basketball camp, but no one would accept her because she was 51.

So, instead of getting mad and depressed, she got busy founding her own basketball skills camp, Not Too Late. And she got even -- the camp is ONLY open to women 50 and over.

She talked to Growing Bolder about the response she's received from like-minded women and how the Not Too Late Basketball Camp plans to grow.
