John Disterdick is one of the most versatile masters athletes in the world.

The 65-year-old recently won the world light heavyweight boxing championship. But that's just the latest sport he's conquered. He's also been a speed skier, a triathlete, a rower, a swimmer and more.

John is also the president of a video production company, and he's shopping a pilot for a show that features his adventures.

He tells Growing Bolder that his athletic feats have shown him that everything we used to know about aging is wrong.
