Cliff Eggink

Cliff Eggink, aka the Iron Geezer, gives hope to couch potatoes everywhere.
By his own admission, he was once a couch potato. But when he was 60 years old, he says something motivated him to change.
He tells Growing Bolder he didn't just decide to get in shape, he decided to tackle an Ironman Triathlon. And he says he's been joined in his athletic adventures by his wife, Tatjana, the Iron Gazelle.
