8 Miles High Anniversary

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and founder of the Byrds' Roger McGuinn says the hit song Eight Miles High is about a plane trip to England. But on this day in 1966, many radio stations banned the song from their airwaves because of the lyrics' alleged references to drugs. Want the real story?
