Curtain Up on Theater's Future

Bert and Barbara Roper remember when movies cost a quarter, and Friday nights were spent at the theater. As newlyweds, they spent many of those nights watching the big screen together, until their theater closed in the 1960s. Decades later, the Ropers are celebrating the future by renovating the past, and now, the curtain is coming up on a new dream: The Garden Theatre.
