Fan Benno-Caris is almost 90, but this beauty queen says she "forgot to get older." She's been race walking since she turned 70 and has picked up 12 national and world records along the way.

With her motivation and dedication, Benno-Caris has walked all over the world and won 75 major competitions.

Along with her race walking awards, Benno-Caris became Miss Texas Senior America when she was 87!

She talks with Growing Bolder about her 90th birthday plans and her excitement about the 2009 World Championship in Finland.
