Parachute Skimmer Update
Posted September 7, 2010, 10:46 amGood things continue to happen for the inventor of the Parachute Skimmer. When we first interviewed Scot Weiss, he was stitching together a dream. After the BP Oil Spill, the U.S. Coast Guard used demo versions of his Parachute Skimmer along the Gulf Coast beaches. He recently found out that his product is one of only 100 ideas that made it to the latest review -- amazing, considering BP received more than 20,000 ideas!
