Sherman is an award-winning cartoonist, and at 70, the prostate cancer survivor won the Body-For-Life competition! Now he's on a mission to educate. This week, he presented an online seminar to 70,000 Abbot Laboratories employees about the importance of mental and physical fitness. Keep it up, Sherman!
