For the first time in a dozen years, there's a new girl in charge. Well, a new name, at least. Emma has dethroned the mighty Emily from the top of the list of most popular names for baby girls. Experts say pop culture heavily influences the names, which may explain why 2008's most popular names didn't even crack the top 20 in 1958.
