The term "up and over" takes a whole new meaning for Dr. William Bell who raised the bar by setting the pole-vaulting world record 21 inches higher for the men's 85-89 age group.

Not only that, but Bell broke 11 world records in a single competition.

He talks with Growing Bolder about his plans to dominate the 90 and above age group when he reaches that point.
