Around the extreme sports tours, young athletes look up to and up at 53-year-old Donna Vano as she soars through the air. The Godmother of Action Sports is a world-class snowboarder who has collected a lot of her own hardware and helped some of her "kids" collect theirs. In a recent conversation with the Growing Bolder Radio Show, Donna explained how she helped nurture the career of the "Flying Tomato" Shaun White and how her own battles with cancer shaped her love-for-life attitude.
