Greetings! I'm an artist that specializes in humorous artwork ( children's books, greeting cards, caricature gifts from photos, etc. ) and also draw many, many pencil portraits annually. I'm married to a wonderful artist as well and she runs our art gallery ( Art Gallery of the Rockies ). When I'm not at the easel, you can find me on my bicycle traveling throughout Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Missouri...and for some reason that is un-known to me, I never lose an ounce of weight ( steady at 215 lbs. ). Being an artist has always been a joy to me...either doing quick sketches, serious pencil portraits, painting antique cars on canvas, etc., it energizes me ( and all of you artists out there will know what I mean ). Three children ( Judy had them )...hand-full of grandchildren. Love it!!!
Education
Some college...but mostly SOHK ( "school of hard knocks " ). Somehow, life has opened a lot of doors for me without several official degrees on my wall. Lucky.
Goals
To remain active, keep drawing and painting ( several clients have told me that I'm not allowed to die...so far, so good!!! ).

Music
When I'm in the studio drawing and painting, it has to be violin music. Other than that, as long as Judy and I can dance to it, I like the music they're playing.
Passions/Hobbies
Seeing good art and drawing...and doing my own thing in the art world.
Heroes
Since I hob-nob with the GIs at a local USO and at my American Legion Post, any military member is in that category. And any volunteer in the medical field. Forget the celebreties and sports stars out there...they go through life being praised and pampered...most are egotistic cry-babies!
